Developed by NaCTSO and SFJ Awards, and funded by the Home Office, the new qualification is designed to help organisations better understand, assess, and mitigate terrorism related risks.
The course supports sectors responsible for public safety and operational resilience by offering practical skills in protective security and preparedness. It is also the only qualification endorsed by Counter Terrorism Policing, providing a recognised standard for developing competent personnel.
The qualification was officially unveiled at the UK Government’s Security and Policing event, and training is already underway across the UK.
