The draft Standard Terrorism Evaluation guidance was recently released by the Homeland Security Group. NaCTSO are actively engaging in consultations with the Homeland Security Group to continue to improve this guidance and support the bill.
This collaborative approach aims to ensure that our processes remain aligned with industry standards whilst meeting the requirements set forth by Martyn's Law.
